By purchasing the RAW file you automatically agree to a Non-Exclusive Image License Agreement: 

Non-Exclusive Image License Agreement

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the high-resolution image.

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may use the Image for the following purposes:

Physical printing for personal use.

3. Restrictions on Use

The Licensee agrees not to:

- Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Image to any third party.
- Use the Image in a defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful manner.
- Alter the Image in any way that misrepresents its original context.

4. Payment

The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a one-time fee of 250 USD for the use of the Image.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective as of the date of payment and will continue indefinitely unless terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Image.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the Image. The Licensee is granted a license to use the Image as specified in this Agreement but does not gain ownership of the Image.

7. Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising out of the Licensee's use of the Image.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
